Give what you can. Help reduce hunger.
This Giving Tuesday, you can help us feed your neighbours. Let’s build community together.
We’re raising $10,000 to turn cash into cans. Every week we feed 650 people in east end Toronto. This year has been an expensive one. A can of soup costs 30 cents more than it did just one year ago. Help us turn your cash into cans.
- Every gift helps us cover canned goods
- Every gift builds a network of care
- Every gift pushes back against leaving people behind
For more than 40 years, our food bank has supported members of the East Toronto community with nutritious, healthy food in an environment rooted in care, respect, and dignity.
Food bank visits reached an all-time high in 2025. And the cost of basic pantry staples has never been higher. We want to be able to continue to offer culturally specific options, choice, and variety for our clients.
But we need your help.
We’re a small, volunteer-powered organization – and tariffs means our costs are going up and our supplies are decreasing
We’re raising $10,000 to:
- Buy more canned goods to provide more options
- Offer more protein and nutritious food for families in need
- Create more food security in our community
With your help, we can meet the growing needs of our neighbours and create a space where people can connect, learn, feed their families, and thrive.
It’s more than food, it’s community.
